摘要  巯基材料是一种良好的固体吸附剂,它可以稳定吸附络合水溶液中的重金属镉离子,具有选择性强、吸附效率高、吸附速度快、操作方便等特点。巯基棉纤维是一种比较有代表性的巯基材料,本论文从巯基棉的制备、吸附机理及特性,到如何应用于含镉废水的处理,作了系统的研究和阐述。

巯基含量和机械强度是衡量巯基棉的制备质量好坏的主要指标。高质量的巯基棉纤维巯基含量应适中,色泽洁白,纤维长度和强度不低于原脱脂棉。巯基棉本身强度和巯基含量受制备体系中各有关成份比例、制备温度及时间、巯基乙酸质量等多种因素影响,而且又相互制约。

巯基棉对镉的吸附是物理吸附和化学吸附共同作用的结果,其中化学吸附为主。它的反应式可表示为:2RSH+Cd2+=[RS-]2Cd+2H+。

对巯基棉处理含镉废水影响因素的考察:PH值在4.5~10的范围内,巯基棉对水溶液中的镉离子均能实现很好的吸附;在有足量的巯基吸附材料的情况下,流速对吸附率影响不是很大,与一般吸附剂相比,吸附速度是比较快的;浓度对吸附率影响不大,在一定流速下,浓度越高,吸附率甚至有升高趋势;在镉离子浓度一定时,吸附率随巯基材料用量的增加而增大,当用量大于0.2g时吸附率可达100%;巯基棉的选择性很强,Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe3+、Al3+等碱金属或碱土金属离子几乎不能被巯基棉吸附;在同一浓度情况下,随着通过含镉水溶液的体积的增加,流出液的残留浓度逐渐增加,直至达到C=C。;温度(0-40℃)对镉的吸附率基本上没影响,在不同的温度下仍能实现对镉很好的吸附;用稀盐酸洗脱后的巯基棉仍可再生使用数次,吸附率和饱和吸附量不见降低,再生使用的次数随再生液酸度的增加而减少,其饱和吸附量也随再生液的酸度和再生次数的增加而逐渐降低。

论文对废水处理工艺流程和工艺参数进行了探讨。利用化学沉淀法和巯基材料吸附法相结合的工艺具有以下优点:前期用化学沉淀,使沉淀物含水率低,再通过板框压滤或抽滤,固液分离快速而有效,过滤水中颗粒含量极低;后期用巯基材料吸附不会导致因多价金属(如Fe3+、Al3+等)的存在而发生中毒的事件;巯基棉的选择性吸附,对水中的Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+等无害离子几乎无吸附能力,使再生次数大大减少;当与需要处理的含镉废水一经接触,即可除去镉离子,几乎不需要任何停留时间;巯基棉再生时,只要使用少量稀盐酸,再生液中镉浓度含量高,有利于回收;巯基材料可以再生而不会降低对镉的饱和吸附容量。

Abstract  Sulfhydryl material is a kind of favorable solid absorbent. It can steadily absorb cadmium ion in solution. Generally, it’s specialties include strong selectivity, high efficiency and velocity of absorption, convenient for operation, etc. sulfhydryl cotton fiber is a kind of representative sulfhydryl material. This thesis systemically expound the preparation, mechanism and speciality of sulfhydryl cotton, as well as its application in the treatment of waste water containing cadmium.

The content and mechanism intensity of sulfhydryl is the main guidelines of scaling the quality of sulfhydryl cotton preparation. High quality sulfhydryl cotton fiber should be moderate sulfhydryl content, whiteness color and luster, and the length and intensity no lower than original absorbent cotton. The intensity of sulfhydryl cotton itself and the content of sulfhydryl are effected by several factors including the proportion of ingredients, temperature and time of preparation, and quality of sulfhydryl acetic acid, etc. The factors restrict one another.

The absorption of cadmium by sulfhydryl cotton is the co-functionary result of physical and chemical absorption. Thereinto, chemical absorption gives priority to the result. The reaction formula is: 2RSH+Cd2+=[RS-]2Cd+2H+。

The sulfhydryl cotton research of factors in the treatment of waste water containing cadmium: If PH = 4.5~10, sulfhydryl cotton can well absorb cadmium ion in solution. If sulfhydryl material is sufficient, absorptivity is scarcely influenced by velocity of flow. Compared with common absorbents, sulfhydryl cotton gets a faster absorption velocity. Absorptivity is scarcely influenced by concentration. Under a certain velocity of flow, improving the concentration of solution may even trend a higher absorptivity. Under a certain cadmium concentration, absorptivity improves along with the quantity of sulfhydryl material. When the usage of sulfhydryl material is over 0.2g, the absorptivity could reach 100%. Sulfhydryl cotton has strong selectivity - the ions of alkali metals and/or alkaline-earth metals (Na+, K+, Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Al3+, etc.) can hardly be absorbed by sulfhydryl cotton. Under certain concentration, along with the volume improvement of solution containing cadmium, remainder concentration of leaking liquor improves until C=C0. Absorptivity is hardly influenced by temperature (0~40). Sulfhydryl cotton can reuse several times after washing and desorbing by diluted hydrochloric acid. Absorptivity and saturation quantum do not reduce. Times of reuse, as well as saturation quantum, decrease along with the improvement of acidity of regeneration liquor.

This thesis probes into the technics flow and factor of waste water treatment. The technics of the combinative method of chemical deposition and sulfhydryl material absorption is provided with following excellence: The usage of chemical deposition in prophase makes sediment low water containing. The consequent filtration makes fast and effective separation of liquid and solid. Grain content in filtrate is low enough. In anaphase, the usage of sulfhydryl material won’t lead the toxic incidence caused by multivalence metals, Fe3+, Al3+ for instance. The selectivity of sulfhydryl cotton results in almost no absorption to innocuity ions in water, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+ for instance. So, the times of regeneration treatment reduce. When touches the cadmium waste water, sulfhydryl material can eliminate cadmium ions immediately, needed a fat lot settle time. Limited diluted hydrochloric acid uses in regeneration of sulfhydryl cotton. So the concentration of cadmium is high, which is propitious to reuse. The regeneration of sulfhydryl material do not reduce saturation absorption capability.
