摘要 | 由于VAV空调系统具有舒适、节能及控制灵活等特性,目前在美国、日本及西欧等国家的办公楼、旅馆、医院、学校和商业中心等建筑中广泛使用。但是风量的变化会给空调系统带来一系列问题,为确保充分发挥VAV系统优势,还需要通过合理的自控系统才能解决这一系列变风量空调系统特有的问题。其中总送风量控制的方法及其节能特性的研究是变风量空调系统推广的关键。
本论文借助上海理工大学建筑环境与设备系统综合试验室建设项目,以变风量空调系统为基础,进行了整个系统的控制方案设计、设备选型、系统运行调试;开发了相应的控制程序及人机操作界面,在试验台上编程实现了定静压、变静压控制算法;并进一步通过试验研究分析了定静压控制方法的控制性能以及变静压控制算法的控制效果和风机节能效果,量化说明了变风量空调系统的节能性。为变静压控制方法在实际工程中的应用做了初步探索,提出了改进措施。
论文通过一系列的试验得到了VAV末端阀门开度、风量及送风静压的变化特性曲线,对其控制品质进行了实验研究,实验证明变风量空调系统定静压控制能够取得很好的控制效果,论文提出的变静压控制方法完全可行,可以获得较好的控制效果。 |
Abstract | It has been used widely in office, hotels ,hospitals,schools and trade centers in U.S.A and Japan,because of the advantages of VAV air-conditioning system such as comfortable, energy-conservation and flexible control. On the other hand, the variable air volume also brings some problems to the air-conditioning system. It is found that rational control scheme can be used to solve the problems. Among them,research on supply air control and its energy-saving characteristic is a key factor.
Based on VAV air-conditioning system, the paper presents the conceptual design of the whole control system with the help of construction project of HVAC comprehensive laboratory in the building environment and equipment engineering department of Shanghai University for science and technology. Corresponding control procedure and operate interface are developed to carry on constant-pressure and variable pressure control algorithm on this experimental platform. The controlling performance of constant pressure and variable pressure controlling algorithm are examined by experimental data. Following that, the application of variable pressure control method in the actual project tentatively is analyzed with improvable methods proposed. This paper also carries on some experiments on the performance of constant-pressure and variable pressure control algorithm, which proved the energy- saving potential of the VAV air-conditioning system and supply air fan in quantity.
The characteristic curves of valve position, air volume of VAV terminals and the static pressure of supply air are found from a series of experiments. It can be concluded that the control method of const static pressure can make very good result and the control method of variable static pressure summarized in this paper is feasible totally. |
