摘要  随着我国经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,制冷与空调不仅在工业、农业、国防,而且在人民日常生活中得到了越来越广泛的应用。特别是改革开放以来,电冰箱、空调器、冷库、冷藏柜、冷冻医疗器械等制冷设备生产和使用的迅速发展,大大促进了我国制冷与空调技术水平的提高。

作为制冷与空调系统核心部件的压缩机,其性能优劣对整个系统是至关重要的。为对制冷压缩机进行性能测试,就需要搭建压缩机性能测试试验台。本课题就以此入手,对制冷压缩机性能测试试验台进行研究。

根据相关规范要求,对制冷压缩机进行性能测试的试验方法有包括第二制冷剂量热器法在内的9种试验方法。本课题以第二制冷剂量热器法作为主测试验、冷凝器量热器为辅测试验方法,搭建试验台并研究。由于对制冷压缩机的性能测试是在一定工况条件下进行,为此试验台需要有良好的工况调节能力,需要为系统设计安装一套行之有效的自控装置。本课题所搭建的试验台采用PID调节对制冷压缩机吸气温度进行控制,以使测试过程中压缩机能迅速达到规定的工况条件,并在整个数据采集阶段工况状态维持稳定。试验台搭建完毕,整个系统经调试运行后,效果理想,达到预期的技术指标。

制冷压缩机性能测试系统属于一种对压缩机制冷量进行核定的测量系统,需要对试验所获得的数据进行科学的计算、分析。据此,本文对试验采集的数据进行不确定度的相关分析和评定,作为对试验结果合理性的科学评判依据,同时也对制冷压缩机试验系统的进一步改进提供理论基础。

Abstract  Refrigeration and air condition play an important role in industry,agriculture and defence with rapid development of economy in China. Especially, after carrying out the reform and open policy , more and more equipments about refrigeration are manufactured and used, which makes a great progress in technology of refrigeration and air condition.

As we known, refrigeration compressor is a key part in refrigeration system. It is necessary for proper function of refrigeration system to have a compressor with good performance. In order to test the performance of refrigeration compressor, a measurement system for compressor performance must be built and my paper also bases on it.

According to national standard, there are nine methods of test for performance of refrigerant compressor, such as the methods of second refrigerant load tank and condenser load tank, on which the measurement system to be built bases. The compressor performance test must be carried out in a certain condition, so it is inevitable that the measurement system needs to be equipped with automatic control devices which makes the system have a nice capability in regulation of condition. At the measurement system for study, the inlet temperature of refrigeration compressor is controlled by means of PID regulation to make test condition meet requirements as soon as possible and be steady at data collection. After the system’s building, the results of a lot of experiments show that the measurement system performs well and meets technical demand.

The measurement system for refrigeration compressor is to measure refrigerating capacity of compressor, so the collected data need to be analysed. In this paper, the uncertainty assessment is used as the analysis method of data, by which the rationality of experiment results can be made and technical improvement for the system can be offered.
