摘要 | 随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,中央空调系统得到了越来越广泛的应用。由于中央空调系统的能耗在建筑总能耗中所占比例较大,所以中央空调系统的节能运行对于建筑节能有着重要的意义。本课题依据空调系统大多数时间处于部分负荷下运行的特点,分析了中央空调系统采用变水温调节时的运行和节能特性。
本课题分别从理论和实验两方面对中央空调系统采用变水温调节时的运行特性和节能潜力进行了分析和探讨。通过建立数学模型,确定了冷水机组的特性方程,分析了采用变水温调节时冷水机组的运行特性;通过理论计算,分析了表冷器在变冷冻水温调节时的特性和对空气处理效果的影响;通过实验,对理论分析进行了进一步的探讨和验证,实验分析所得结论与理论分析所得结论相符;通过将分别采用变冷冻水温调节和定冷冻水温运行的中央空调系统实验数据的对比,分析了冷水机组和空调系统的节能潜力。
由本课题的理论和实验分析可知,在中央空调系统部分负荷运行时,变水温调节可以有效提高冷水机组运行效率,降低运行能耗,同时也造成空气处理能力下降,但是在一定范围内调节冷冻水出水温度,可以使室内温湿度满足舒适标准范围。针对本实验系统,冷水机组的负荷率与满足舒适要求的冷冻水出水温度呈线性关系。由此可见,对于中小型中央空调系统,变水温调节是一种可行且有效的节能调节方式。
本课题理论和实验分析所得出的结论对中央空调系统的实际运行调节有一定的指导作用,对中央空调系统的节能运行管理有一定的借鉴意义,对中央空调系统的设计有一定的参考价值。因此,本课题具有较大的实际应用价值。 |
Abstract | With the economic development and society progress, there are more and more extensive applications of the central air conditioning system. Because the energy consumptions of central air conditioning system are large percents in the total energy consumption of the buildings, so the energy-efficient operations of the central air conditioning system are important for energy-efficiency. This paper, since the central air conditioning system are often operated under partial load, proposes that the chilled water turns into the regulation scheme of the temperature, and analyzes that the operation characteristic of the central air conditioning system and energy-conserving varying with the change of chilled water temperature.
The operation characteristic of the central air conditioning system and energy-conserving varying with the change of chilled water temperature are analyzed using theoretical analyses and experiments respectively. The mathematic model is established to get characteristic equation for discussing the operation characteristic and the effect on air quality of air disposal equipments with variable chiller water temperature. Experiments are used to validate the theoretical analyses and study the energy-efficiency between variable chiller water system and invariable chiller water system.
From the analyses of this paper, we can know that variable the chilled water temperature adjustment can enhance the operation efficiency and reduce the energy-consumption, which is a feasible and effective regulation model . On the other hand , enhancing the chilled water temperature may effect the air quality. In order to ensure the air quality, the regulation model should be optimized and ameliorated.
The results of this paper are important to engineering and air conditioning system design. It will provide the theoretical foundation and design basis for operation and accommodation. And it is significant to the energy-efficiency of air conditioning system. There is certain reference value to the design of the central air conditioning system. |
